ZiMatch is a free Chinese vocabulary practice tool. These terms explain how you may use the games and optional online features.
Age and optional online features
Anonymous practice is available at any age without an account. Optional email accounts and contact submissions are for adults aged 18 or older. Parents and guardians may manage practice using their own adult email account; children do not need to register or provide an email to play. The age-range check does not ask for a birth date and is not saved to your account or practice record. A parent or guardian may submit a privacy request on a child's behalf through the contact form.
Acceptable use
You may use ZiMatch for personal vocabulary practice. Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, send abusive or automated contact submissions, access another person's account or data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Accounts and browser data
An account is optional. If you use email sign-in, you are responsible for access to that email account and for signing out on shared devices. Anonymous progress belongs to the browser profile where it is stored and may be lost if you clear site data. See the Privacy policy for more detail.
Educational purpose and limitations
ZiMatch is a vocabulary-recognition practice tool, not a complete language course, testing authority, certification service, or source of professional advice. Content and results may contain errors, and no particular learning outcome, score, streak, availability level, or certification result is guaranteed.
Application and vocabulary material
The ZiMatch application, visual design, and original site content are protected by their applicable rights. The supplied HSK-organized vocabulary material has separate source and attribution boundaries. These terms do not claim ownership of that source material or grant redistribution rights in it.
Service availability and changes
ZiMatch may change, pause, or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. The service is provided as available without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Support links lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.
Support and advertising
Playing ZiMatch does not require payment or a subscription. Optional support payments take place on a third-party website under that provider's terms. Advertising, when enabled, is identified separately from practice controls. See the Privacy policy for advertising data and choices.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law.
