These terms describe the basic conditions for using ZiMatch. They are provided for owner and legal review and are not legal advice.
Acceptable use
You may use ZiMatch for personal vocabulary practice. Do not misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, send abusive or automated contact submissions, access another person's account or data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Accounts and browser data
An account is optional. If you use email sign-in, you are responsible for access to that email account and for signing out on shared devices. Anonymous progress belongs to the browser profile where it is stored and may be lost if you clear site data. See the Privacy policy for more detail.
Educational purpose and limitations
ZiMatch is a vocabulary-recognition practice tool, not a complete language course, testing authority, certification service, or source of professional advice. Content and results may contain errors, and no particular learning outcome, score, streak, availability level, or certification result is guaranteed.
Application and vocabulary material
The ZiMatch application, visual design, and original site content are protected by their applicable rights. The supplied HSK-organized vocabulary material has separate source and attribution boundaries. These terms do not claim ownership of that source material or grant redistribution rights in it.
Service availability and changes
ZiMatch may change, pause, or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. The service is provided as available without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Support links lead to third-party services governed by their own terms.
